Processing of Warren Keller, taken by the James Webb Space Telescope

The famous Pillars of Creation in the Eagle Nebula (M16) look like ghostly specters in this near-infrared image taken by the James Webb Space Telescope. To make this version, Keller downloaded the raw JWST data from its public archives and processed it himself. You can compare it to The version published by NASA here.
