Once you finish the main story of Episode: Echoes and Failsafe offers you “Epilogue: Anomalous Voices”, your first and only step outside of “Encore” is In Europe.
Land in The crossing of Charon and head to Cadmus Ridge, where you should enter the Bray Exoscience building (if you’re following the quest, the waypoint will take you to the general area). Head down until you enter the large room with the red central platform. Kill the Fallen inside, but don’t go any further into the complex. Instead, look to the right and you’ll find a purple blob floating on the other side of the glass that has the big blue guy printed on it.
Go inside, behind the glass, to find the first temporal anomaly. Interact with it to “Accessing the Vex Simulation”, and progress through the epilogue mission, which will task you with heading to “Encore” to find eight more.
Where to find all the anomalies in 'Encore'
In “Encore” (at least on the normal difficulty) you can find eight hidden temporal anomalies, which are scattered throughout the mission. When you find all eight, you will complete the mission and earn the special “Before Aurora” emblem.
Note:Make sure to activate the trip Nexus as you need it for the secret chests during your run, as you'll need to enter one of those puzzles to get the final anomaly.

From the start of the mission, ignore the main path and walk to the front left side of the plateau, to the left of the Vex waterfall. You'll see some “stairs” on the cliff if you look over the edge leading down. The first anomaly is on these stairs.where the reticle is in the image above.
If you're having trouble finding it, head all the way to the cave here, as it's easier to spot the anomaly on the way back up.

The second anomaly doesn't appear until you're quite far into the quest, during the first CONNECTION node and the module puzzle.
After activating the first switch, disconnecting the CONNECTION module and taking it to the second node (which removes the barrier on the wall), look Around the corner on the right and you will find the glowing anomaly.

The third anomaly appears after the first puzzle area, once you reach the white tower room where you have to defeat the Vex, just before the first piston. Before using PARTITION to open the wall, head to the left side of the arena and you'll find the anomaly. Sitting against the wall.

In the final encounter area, before you enter Maya's lab and face the final boss, you'll see another group of buildings and a large Cabal group. Take out the group and then turn around. On the cliffYou will see an anomaly floating above the moss.

The last anomaly is pretty stealthy, as it's located in the Nexus of Maya's lab. Once you enter, activate the portal and head left, as if you were trying to get the fifth secret chestwhich is hidden in a maze. Do the entire maze encounter and you will find the final anomaly.
