Other Faint OIII Nebula A group of amateur astronomers has discovered a planetary nebula, this time appearing as a small red doughnut in the center of the image. The object is named HorFulEvReb 1 after its discoverers: Drew Evans, Jeffrey Horne, Brian Fulda, and Jaša Rebula. Evans has nicknamed it “Sam’s Nebula” in honor of his father, who recently passed away. This Hα/OIII/LRGB image represents 41.3 hours of exposure time, almost half of which were devoted to OIII.
