NetApp ASA A Series: Key benefits

With the new all-flash ASA A Series, enterprises can handle their most demanding block storage workloads through three critical benefits:

Simplicity

The ASA A-Series prioritizes ease of use, allowing for rapid deployment and management:

  • Quick implementation: Configuration takes just minutes and provisioning is done in seconds.
  • Easy-to-use management: Thanks to built-in AIOps and seamless integration with VMware, daily management is simplified, allowing virtually anyone to operate the system without extensive IT training.

Force

Designed to handle advanced workloads, the ASA A Series delivers exceptional performance:

  • Market-leading performance– Experience millions of IOPS and consistent sub-millisecond latency, ensuring your database and VMware applications run efficiently.
  • Advanced Features: Scalable clustering, workload balancing, and a “six 9” availability guarantee ensure your critical operations remain reliable. Additionally, NetApp's Ransomware Recovery Guarantee and application-aware backup capabilities provide peace of mind.

Affordability

Cost-effective storage solutions are vital for modern organizations:

  • Lower upfront costs: Organizations can enjoy a 25-50% reduction in upfront expenses while benefiting from high storage efficiency.
  • Total cost of ownership: With low power consumption and minimal operational overhead, the ASA Series A significantly reduces total cost of ownership (TCO), enabling better budget management over time.

To complement the ASA A-Series, NetApp has updated its Information about data infrastructure service (formerly Cloud Insights). These enhancements provide customers with enhanced visibility and optimization capabilities, helping them maximize savings and performance across their entire data infrastructure.
