🚀 BREAKING — SpaceX IPO Live Today

SPACEX IPO LIVE: SPCX TRADING NOW ON NASDAQ AT $135 — $1.75 TRILLION VALUATION

📍 Nasdaq Global Select Market · Ticker: SPCX 🕐 Trading opens June 12, 2026 · Closes June 15 🏦 Goldman Sachs · Morgan Stanley · JPMorgan · BofA
SpaceX priced its historic IPO at $135 per share, raising $75 billion in the largest public offering in stock market history — surpassing Saudi Aramco's $29 billion record from 2019. Shares began trading today on Nasdaq under ticker SPCX at a valuation of approximately $1.75 trillion, making SpaceX the seventh-largest US company by market cap.

The offering sold 555.6 million Class A shares. Underwriters hold an option to purchase an additional 83.3 million shares, which could push total proceeds to $86.25 billion. The deal was heavily oversubscribed with multiple institutional investors placing orders exceeding $10 billion. SpaceX targeted a 30% retail allocation — far above the typical 5–10% — with shares available through Robinhood, Fidelity, Schwab, SoFi, and E*TRADE.

The IPO bundles in xAI following SpaceX's all-stock merger earlier this year, adding Grok and the Colossus supercomputer to the offering. Starlink, the primary revenue driver with 10 million subscribers and $1.19 billion profit last quarter, underpins the valuation. Elon Musk retains over 82% voting control. Analyst average 12-month price target: $165/share (+22% upside from IPO price).

ISS UPDATE: ZVEZDA MODULE REPAIR ONGOING — CREW MONITORING SITUATION

📍 ISS · Russian Zvezda Service Module 🕐 Updated 15:33 UTC · June 12, 2026 📡 NASA · Roscosmos
NASA mission control ordered all four Crew-12 astronauts into their SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft today and directed them to don their spacesuits as a precautionary measure while Russian cosmonauts attempt to fix a worsening air leak in the Zvezda Service Module.

The four Crew-12 crew members — two US astronauts, a French astronaut, and a Russian cosmonaut — sheltered aboard the docked Crew Dragon as Roscosmos engineers worked to locate and repair the breach. The leak is located in the Service Module Transfer Tunnel — one of the oldest parts of the station, first launched in 1998.

The leak has been a persistent problem since it was first detected in 2019. In late 2025 it appeared to be resolved, but returned in May 2026. The rate accelerated from half a kilogram of air per day to a full kilogram per day on Monday — still manageable for the station's systems (which can be repressurised from nitrogen tanks), but enough to trigger NASA's evacuation protocols. A Russian crew member was attempting to fix the breach as the story developed.

The leak has previously delayed the Axiom Mission 4 launch indefinitely, and the incident highlights the fragile state of the aging ISS, which is scheduled to deorbit by 2030. Commercial successors including Axiom Station and Haven-1 are under development.
