WASHINGTON — SpaceX launched the latest in its series of rideshare missions on Aug. 16, putting more than 100 satellites into orbit for commercial and government customers. Falcon 9 lifted off from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California at 2:56 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the Transporter-11 mission. The booster rocket, on its 12th flight,
